The outstanding restaurant house on the West fiftieth Road aspect of Rockefeller Group’s 1271 Sixth Ave., which fell vacant when the pandemic crushed Le Ache Quotidien there in 2020, has a brand new, fine-dining tenant. Costeño Group, which operates dozens of celebrated, high-end and informal eating places in Mexico and Madrid, Spain, simply signed for over 8,000 sq. toes — half at floor degree and the opposite half within the concourse.
It should open in late 2024 as Costeño’s first US location.
